AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Spend With Us – Buy From a Bush Business Affiliate Program is meant for anyone interested in promoting our paid membership plans. Affiliate partners get a commission for new customers who they direct to us and who purchase our annual VIP subscription membership plan.

How does it work?
It’s simple as ABC.

  • Step 1: Register yourself for the affiliate program simply by filling the form.
  • Step 2: Once we receive your application we will review and approve and you will receive an email notification with access to your affiliate area.
  • Step 3: Generate the affiliate link from within your affiliate area.
  • Step 4: Start promoting using your unique affiliate URL link. Promote on your website, social media pages, in social media groups etc.  You can promote by writing product reviews, use cases, promotional videos etc.
  • Step 5: For every new person you refer to our site that purchases one of our annual paid vendor subscription plans, you get a commission.

How much is the commission?
You will earn $50AUD commission on each successful membership subscription sale you refer! Sales with incomplete payments or refunds will not generate any commission.

Who is eligible?
Our affiliate program is open for everyone to apply. Each application is reviewed manually. Once approved, you will get a confirmation email. We have some internal criteria’s for review; however, certain profiles are not eligible for the program at this time, including coupon, cashback and voucher sites.

How do I get paid?
We pay ALL affiliate payments via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, please sign up for one first. Affiliate payments are made monthly. The minimum payable amount is 50AUD.

Where can I track my earnings?
You will be provided with a link to an affiliate dashboard from where you can keep a tab on all your referral statistics. Also, you will get immediate email notification when a sale has been made from your affiliate link.

Can I purchase from my own affiliate link?
You cannot use your own affiliate link to pay for your primary store membership subscription.  You will receive no commission against that. If we track any suspicious activity against your account, we might temporarily or permanently suspend your affiliate account.  Affiliate commissions are only paid for new members who have not previously registered or subscribed to our website as a store vendor. 

Opening multiple Spend With Us stores: The exception is if you wish to open multiple paid membership stores.  You may use your affiliate link to purchase your second or third+ store subscriptions as long as your primary store is active on one of our paid annual membership plans.

How long does the affiliate referral last?
Starting from the day a visitor first arrives from your affiliate link till the 30th day, if the conversion happens you will receive the commission. The mechanism is cookie-based and has its limitation. If someone clears their browser cookie or visits from another browser, then the system will not be able to find their referrer and hence you will not be credited the sale.

What happens if a Vendors subscription application is rejected or refunded?
If a vendor application does not meet our eligibility requirements then we will reject the vendors’ application and refund them their subscription payment.  Commissions are only paid for vendors who meet our eligibility requirements.

What happens when a visitor comes from multiple referral links?
With our affiliate program, we reward the sale to the last referrer. Each time a visitor comes from a new referral link the 30 days counter gets reset.

How can I promote my affiliate link?

Here are a few ideas of ways you can promote it:

  • You can let all your friends, family and network with small businesses based in rural or regional Australia know and send them the link to sign up!
  • If you live in a rural or regional area, tell your local shops about us!
  • Promote on social media profiles, bios and posts.
  • Comment on any Facebook group posts you see where small business owners are looking for advice on ways to grow their business or are in need of a website store!
