Kidz Capers will always do our best to ensure speedy postage of all purchases. Getting items to the local Post Office as soon as possible, often on the day of purchase where we can.
However, purchases made after 4pm on any given day will be posted on the following business day. And purchases made after 12pm on Friday may be posted on Monday.
Purchases made over the weekend or on Victorian Gazetted Public Holidays will be posted on the next business day.
Regrettably, postage delays and losses do happen. We will always recommend using tracked postage methods for our products to ensure we can track it down in the event something goes missing. Kidz Capers accepts no responsibility for losses as a result of Australia Post, but we will always be willing to assist customers to find missing parcels, where possible.
Items are posted from Sale, Victoria 3850 (unless otherwise stated in description). This means Metropolitan customers using Express Postage methods may not receive parcels overnight.
Refunds are available for 14 days after purchase with proof of purchase. Returns after this time may incur a restocking fee.
Returning stock must be in ‘as new’ condition; being unworn, not washed, unused and in original packaging.
Postage costs for returns, where the product is not faulty, shall be born by the customer.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, a refund may be obtained where stock is Faulty (by no fault of the purchaser), or substantially different from what was described, or not fit for intended purpose.
Refunds made in the above manner must be brought forward within 30 days of purchase and include proof of purchase (receipt). Assessment may be at the discretion of Kidz Capers relating to Faulty stock.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Kidz Capers does not offer returns on same brand products purchased from another seller. (eg. We will not refund Attipas Shoes brought via Attipas online store.)
Exchange products are available for wrong size purchases, or change-of-mind regarding colour. Postage costs for return products, including any costs to send out new sizes, shall be born by the customer.
Please ensure measurements are correct, and enquire with us if you are unsure. Kidz Capers will not be held accountable for wrong sizes where the size chart is provided or where a customer has not contacted us to confirm sizing if unsure.
