2021 Letter from Santa for GROWNUPS
Do you know someone who has had a tough year (or two!)? Could your ‘someone’ do with a pick-me-up, a laugh, an ‘I’m proud of you’?
Santa can do all that and more! That’s right, the jolly man in the red velvet suit is putting together his list of letters to write in 2021 … and your ‘someone’ can be on Santa’s list and receive a surprise letter in their mailbox!
Last year Santa was asked to write a letter by a man for his 20-year old sister – apparently, she had been complaining to anyone who would listen that Santa always forgets her! Well, the Elves had been reporting back to Santa and it seems that there was room for improvement in some areas of this young lady’s life, but on the plus side she’d also had some great achievements through the year of which Santa was very proud (it was a very funny letter!).
Or, maybe you would like something a little kinder … someone very special who you would like to give special thanks to for their kindness and generosity?
Maybe you know someone who doesn’t believe in Santa … we can do something about that!
Santa writes lots of different letters for the grown-ups; making a letter from Santa the perfect gift for your partner, grown-up children, your boss or work colleagues, friends, or even as a teacher gift.
2021 has not been the year any of us imagined it would be, let’s bring in a heap of Christmas Cheer to finish the year off!⠀⠀
CONTENTS:
- Personalised letter from Santa written especially for your special someone – this letter may be cheeky (naughty but clean), or thankful and kind, or a bit of both!
- Each letter will include a block of handmade gourmet chocolate (if you need dairy-free please let us know).
- Packaged in Santa’s own envelope completewith wax seal.
VERY IMPORTANT
- If you are purchasing more than one item from our store: We love to combine postage to save you $ – please send us an email to [email protected] with the products you’d like to order so we can set up a custom listing for you.
- When ordering for more than one person PLEASE order a multiple quantity so that Santa can ensure that each of your letters is as unique as possible.
- After you’ve placed your order look out for an email with the order form that you need to complete so Santa has the information required to write your letters – this email may take 12-18 hours to come through.
- Dates to take note of:
- -> Orders will be accepted up to Wednesday DECEMBER 8
- -> Mail outs will start on Wednesday December 1
- -> Last date for mail outs will be Tuesday December 15

Shipping Policy
- This year White Mango's Personalised Letters and Packages from Santa only post within Australia.
- We LOVE to save you on postage! If you are ordering more than one item, it's important that you contact us first so we can create a custom listing for you with combined postage: Choose the letters and/or products you'd like to order THEN Send us an email to [email protected], or a message on our Facebook page with the product details .
- White Mango's Personalised Letters and Packages for Children of All Ages will be mailed to the person placing the order (in plain wrapping). We do not ever mail directly to children. We have given consideration to sending the parcel directly to the child but have decided against this because the Magical wrappings of Santa's Workshop may not stand up to the handling of Australia Post, and secondly we want YOU to enjoy the surprise as well by being sure that you are around when they receive their Package.
- Personalised Letters from Santa for Adults will be mailed directly to the recipient, unless otherwise requested at time of order.
- Generally orders will be filled and mailed in the order in which they are received, however we will endeavour to send orders that need to travel the greatest distance before more local parcels.
- Please understand that we will accept absolutely NO responsibility for Australia Post's timeliness or treatment of mail.
You should allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your Personalised Package from Santa.
Note again: Our FIRST mailout is December 1 (we can get organised for Christmas early but it really shouldn't start until December!) We will update your order with a tracking number the day that your parcel is mailed.
Refund Policy
As these are custom writtten letters and packaged items we do not offer refunds.
