Can you think of someone who might need a WARNING from Santa and his Surveillance Elves?!?! Has someone eaten that last piece of chocolate you were saving for an emergency? Has someone forgotten to replenish the photocopying paper … again?
Personalised letters will be available to order for 2023 from 1 October (same every year!).

Official Warnings will be sent ASAP after you order – Shipping time from 20 December will be 2-3 weeks while we take a Christmas holiday break.

Personalised Letters from Santa are not posted before December 1 so that allows you time to include mention of the warning or excellent behaviour in your Personalised Letter.
CONTENTS:
3 x Official Warnings … name, date, and naughtiness witnessed are blank for you to complete as/if needed. Because the warnings are undated you can keep them for use another year if your children/partner/friend’s behaviour proves to be exceptionally good this year!
These Official Warnings can be delivered by your resident Elf, or if you don’t have your own resident Elf they could just “appear” in your house/workplace.

Shipping Policy
- This year White Mango's Personalised Letters and Packages from Santa only post within Australia.
- We LOVE to save you on postage! If you are ordering more than one item, it's important that you contact us first so we can create a custom listing for you with combined postage: Choose the letters and/or products you'd like to order THEN Send us an email to [email protected], or a message on our Facebook page with the product details .
- White Mango's Personalised Letters and Packages for Children of All Ages will be mailed to the person placing the order (in plain wrapping). We do not ever mail directly to children. We have given consideration to sending the parcel directly to the child but have decided against this because the Magical wrappings of Santa's Workshop may not stand up to the handling of Australia Post, and secondly we want YOU to enjoy the surprise as well by being sure that you are around when they receive their Package.
- Personalised Letters from Santa for Adults will be mailed directly to the recipient, unless otherwise requested at time of order.
- Generally orders will be filled and mailed in the order in which they are received, however we will endeavour to send orders that need to travel the greatest distance before more local parcels.
- Please understand that we will accept absolutely NO responsibility for Australia Post's timeliness or treatment of mail.
You should allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your Personalised Package from Santa.
Note again: Our FIRST mailout is December 1 (we can get organised for Christmas early but it really shouldn't start until December!) We will update your order with a tracking number the day that your parcel is mailed.
