Description
Nourish & Grow – Sourdough Bark is a family favourite and one that I love making as every piece is different. Over the years they have grown from many small crackers to the long rustic strips, which when cooked resemble the bark of the red box gum trees, that grow naturally on our property Glenace.
A super crisp and flavoursome bark made using our live sourdough culture and premium bread flour with 13% protein. The dough is rolled twice, giving it strength and extra crunch, before being sprinkled with Australian sea salt, and your choice of spices, dry herbs or citrus zest, complementing the taste experience.
Sourdough Bark can be enjoyed on its own as a light savoury snack or become the carrier of your gourmet finger food. A popular way of eating them is topped with a good wedge of double cream brie and Nourish & Grow – Caramelised Beetroot Relish – a perfect match; not only in taste but colour combo too. But it doesn’t stop there. They are striking on a grazing platter if left whole for family or guests to break themselves; making an interesting conversation piece. Children love them too, so ideal for an after-school snack or tucked into lunch boxes.
The Old Man Saltbush variety is picked fresh from our property, dehydrated to capture the salty herb and earthy flavours, then gently ground ready for use on the sourdough bark.
Our Sourdough Bark is made in small batches to retain its rustic appearance, flavour and nutrition. Each piece is handmade using quality natural ingredients and is naturally preserved.

Shipping Policy
Our products can be delivered Australia-wide. Products have been chosen to make the best use of standard packaging. If your product attracts postage we use Australia Post for those orders and it will be added to the order total before checkout. If the item is listed as 'free shipping' no postage will be added.
Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. A tracking number will be provided via email, so you are able to keep track of your parcel’s progress.
Our sourdough bark is baked on demand. If this timeframe concerns you, please get in touch by emailing [email protected]. If at any time we are unable to meet this shipping commitment, you will be contacted within 24 hours of me receiving your order to discuss.

Nourish & Grow offer a 7 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a customer satisfaction guarantee on any of our products. If for any reason you have a concern, we would like the opportunity to discuss this with you. We have had very positive feedback from all our customers, https://nourishandgrow.com.au/testimonials.php, but realise at times problems can occur. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product. We do not offer an exchange or refund if you simply change your mind upon receiving your order.
Standard postage fees, through Australia Post, apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
