Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

You will find a wonderful range of gift ideas available for delivery Australia-wide, including our Boutique Suitcase and Hamper collections. All orders include the option of a complimentary message and free gift wrapping is available for products not already in a hamper.

Delivery cost starts at $10.00 for individual purchases, with $15.00 for a large purchase or hamper.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (unless personalisation is required).

Personalised bears and clothing turnaround is generally under one week, but in some cases can take up to two weeks.

Refund Policy

Personalised products items can not be returned/refunded unless faulty. Proof artwork for personalised items is emailed out for approval before being completed.

Hampers & Nappy Cakes are non-returnable.

All other items can be returned/refunded for change of mind in-store or through the post at customer's expense.

For change of mind or faulty items products must be returned within 1 month of purchase.

Maternity wear and children's clothing size 1-6 may be returned within three months of purchase if sizing is incorrect for exchange only.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Personalised products items can not be returned/refunded unless faulty. Proof artwork for personalised items is emailed out for approval before being completed.

Orders with personalised items can only be cancelled prior to completion of the said personalisation. If a customer wishes to cancel an order once proof artwork has been received by them you will receive a 50% refund of personalised item.

Hampers & Nappy Cakes are non returnable.

All other items can be returned/exchanged for change of mind instore or through post at customers expense.
