Free Click & Collect is available if you wish to put an order through our website and the items can be collected from the township of Donald, VIC 3480 at a time and place convenient to both of us.
Shipping via Australia Post
Our dispatch times are generally between 1 and 3 working days.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
Orders over $150 are free of shipping costs.
Orders under $150 attract a flat rate shipping cost of $12.95.
PLEASE NOTE: if you request changes to be made to your order after it’s been placed, it may delay the dispatch date.
Small orders for just one item will often leave our store very quickly.
If you’d like to check the progress of your order, email the store firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you include your order number.
We do ship to PO boxes. We also ship to Australia Post parcel lockers.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, Everything Sourdough will offer a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:
1. Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;
2. You have proof of purchase; and
3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Item
If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, Everything Sourdough will provide a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment.
If you believe your item is faulty after the 30 day time criteria, Everything Sourdough may require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Everything Sourdough, PO Box 155, DONALD VIC 3480, Australia.
