We will endeavour to expedite your order within 2-5 days (unless there is a requirement to resize, in which case we will advise of the despatch time) but please be aware we prefer not to post on Fridays.
Australia Post are experiencing delivery delays due to Covid19, limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. If item is in stock then we will endeavour to have it posted out to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please check your item when it arrives as any refund will only be processed if item has arrived damaged. We will pack your item with care and make sure that parcel is secure however please advise us by phone immediately if you find the item damaged on receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.
If in the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged or the order is incorrect, please contact Stanthorpe Jewellers on 07 3156 5977 immediately and return the item within 7 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (refunded if the returned item is defective or the order is incorrect). It is highly recommended that you use registered post when returning an item as we can not accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Incorrect orders will be corrected once the incorrect items have been received in their original condition and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
