Shipping Policy
Due to current events, there may be delays in postal delivery of of orders.
Steve's Clandestine Spyce Co Shipping Info:
Flat rate shipping is $8.95 on all Australian orders.
- Orders $75 and over, before shipping, qualify for Free Shipping (Australia Only).
- Steve's Clandestine Spyce Co always attempts to ship and fill your order within 24-48 hours, weekends excluded. In circumstances where one or more of your purchased items becomes unavailable for immediate shipment, we will contact you and offer a substitute recommendation, or offer to hold all your items until all products are available for shipment.
- All orders are processed between 9am - 2pm weekdays. Any order placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- All orders may be shipped Australia Post, Sendle, or any other method at the discretion of Steve's Clandestine Spyce Co.
- If a product is damaged or missing from your order, this will need to be reported within (3) business days from the date the order was delivered. You can call or email us with your name, order# and what was missing or damaged. Please send all emails to [email protected]
Refund Policy
Steve's Clandestine Spyce Co accepts returns and will refund orders, less the cost of shipping and fees we have accrued from your method of payment (eg Afterpay, Zip-Pay, or Paypal), on the condition that it is returned to Steve's Clandestine Spyce Co with 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unopened to receive a refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations need to be made within 24 hours of order. We do not exchange for a change for a mind so please choose carefully.
