Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ensure your lampshades are packaged to ensure their safe arrival to you and provide additional insurance as required.
However we cannot guarantee the services provided by the couriers and postage handlers. If in the unlikely event your lampshade is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately.
Please advise us at the time of ordering if you would like to arrange pick up or delivery where available.
Refund Policy
In the unlikely event your lampshade has a fault we will refund the purchase price on receipt of the lampshade.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Exchange is only permitted for local clients who have a change of mind due to colour or size etc within 3 days of purchase. However shade must be in original purchase condition.
If you are in any doubt regarding suitability of size of lampshade please contact us either at the time of purchase or prior to placing your order. We will assist as much as possible in helping you select an appropriate size.
