This strong, unique fragrance combines the floral scents of sweet rose, honey balsam, hints of cyclamen, star jasmine and an herbal orchid, green finish

The Packaging: Presented in a magnetic flip close gift box. 

The jar: Presented in a rose gold glass bottle, with a gold collar to accentuate.

5 white and 5 black 5mm dacron reeds providing optimum fragrance levels. 

Each reed diffuser is individually mixed and hand-poured to ensure strict quality management.

Free Shipping is included in all product prices.

Orders are shipped within 7 business days, via Australia Post.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation:
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment of the products, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. If your order is already in transit to you, please refer to our Returns policy listed below. 

Returns Policy:
Change of Mind

Change of mind purchases can be returned to us as long as the goods are not used. A 10% administration fee will be applied to all return orders. Please note that we do not cover return postage - this expense is to be covered by the customer.

Damage / Breakage / Lost in Transit
Should your item be broken in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence to be able to proceed with lodging a claim with the delivery service provider, and will organise replacement goods to be shipped. 

Should your item become lost in transit, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the delivery provider. We will liaise with you on a case by case basis to determine whether refunds or replacement products are better suited should products be deemed to be missing by the investigations team.
