Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are shipped on twice a week basis.

Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday ship on Thursdays, orders placed Thursday to Sunday ship on Mondays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We strive to be completely transparent with our shipping prices, therefore we don't include them in the cost of our products and charge based by weight at checkout. Shipping prices will vary based on what you order but are always kept as affordable and low as possible.

All items come with the option to upgrade to express for domestic, all international orders are sent as standard tracked, if you require express international please contact us prior to ordering.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the Ulladulla area and surrounds. For orders under $50 we charge a $5 delivery fee.

Deliveries are made from 10am to 4pm on Mondays and Thursdays based on the above shipping schedule. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries.

As shipping charges for your order vary between countries and the weight of the item, shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Carrousel Collectives is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your order when domestic, or 4 weeks international from the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@carrouselcollectives.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We use Australia post for all orders meaning PO boxes and parcel collect boxes can be used.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for all NON CUSTOM ITEMS, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@carrouselcollectives.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition including the packaging it came in. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at carrouselcollective@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
