Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and/or shopping at River and Reign Designs. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1.        Processing Your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.


2.        Shipment Processing Time

After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

However, some orders may be shipped within as few as 2 hours and some may take up to 3 days. This will depend on the type of order and the seasonal period. On average, we try our hardest to ship your order within 24 hours of purchase.


3.        Shipment Locations

River and Reign Designs does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only - anywhere in Australia.


4.        Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. That being said, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. 

(a)          Express Shipping

  • 1. The order is estimated to arrive within 1 – 7 business days.
  • 2. Express Shipping costs: $12.50.

(b)          Standard Shipping

  • 1. The order is estimated to arrive within 7 - 14 business days.
  • 2. Standard Shipping: $7.50
  • 3. Free Standard Shipping with automatically apply at checkout, once your order reaches $30 or over.

(c)          Please Note:

  • 1. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.
  • 2. Waiting period for a delivery to arrive, may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, COVID-19 restrictions, and during holiday periods. If you need a purchase quickly, it is best to choose express delivery at check out. 
  • 3. For larger orders, products may be delivered separately. However, customers will be notified about this and their packing slips will be clearly marked for each parcel.
  • 4. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes made on your shipping address (If you provide incorrect information). Please double check your shipping information before submitting your order.


5.        Tracking 

River and Reign Designs aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. Only then will your order will be marked complete.


5.        Damages

If there is any damage to the purchase upon delivery, contact us immediately at riverandreigndesigns@gmail.com. (Also see Refund/Exchange Policy).


7.        Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. River and Reign Designs politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at riverandreigndesigns@gmail.com to report missing or lost packages.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

We at River and Reign Designs, do our best to send our products in a quick and timely manner. Because of this, cancellations aren't accepted at this time. This is due to our quick and efficient shipping practices.


Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our jewellery products, for hygienic purposes, we do not except any exchanges of these products. If you have purchased a non-jewellery item, then you must return the item at (your own expense) back to River and Reign Designs in exchange for another item of equal value or receive store credit towards your next purchase.

This will need to be done within 7 days of your purchase, no action will be taken until the item arrives back to River and Reign Designs, is undamaged and still in the original packaging. If the item arrives back to us damaged in anyway, no exchange will be given.


Damaged Upon Delivery Policy


1.        General

1.) We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy.

2.) Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us as a business. 


2.        Australian Consumer Law

A.) Under the Australian Consumer Law:

  • 1) You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for purchases that arrive damaged. We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

B.) If a product which you purchased from us has a major failure (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) then you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or repair. 


3.        Products Damaged During Delivery

In the event that the product you ordered has been damaged during delivery:

    • A) Please contact us as within 5 days of your order arriving. 
    • B) Return the product to River and Reign in the condition in which it was received, together with any packaging. We will arrange to repair or collect the damaged product and replace it with an equivalent product, or to refund it, provided that you have contacted us within 5 days from the date of receiving the order.


4.        Exceptions

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide a repair, replacement or refund for a product purchased by you if:

    • A) You misused the said product in a way which caused the damage.
    • B) You asked for alterations to a product, against our advice, or you were unclear about what you wanted.


5.        Response Time

  • We aim to process any requests for repairs, replacements or refunds within 7 days.


6.        How to Return Products

  • 1. You can contact us at the end of this Policy to discuss a return using the information.
  • 2. To be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement, you must provide proof of purchase. 
  • 3. You will be required to provide a photo of the damaged product. If you are unwilling to do so, you will be required to pay for return postage to River and Reign Designs. No refund will be given until it is delivered and inspected for damage. No refund will be given for postage. 
  • 4. As Third-Party to the Spend with Us Website we don’t have access to customers payment information. We will need the customer to send us their information on how they would like to receive their refund (Bank account, PayPal, etc).
