Shipping Policy

SHIPPING.

Tutu Irresistible Boutique proudly ships worldwide. 

All orders are shipped with Australia Post & Sendle.  

Domestic

Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be issued. Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post or Sendle websites. 

Please note all of our Spinkie canopies & products are on pre-order and there currently is an approximate 8 week turn around time before shipping.  

Please allow approximately a 10-14 working day dispatch time for all prints, decals and artworks.

All sales on pre-orders are final and non-refundable.

All items ordered with a pre-order item will be delivered at the time of the preorder items arriving.

If you would like the in-stock item shipped earlier,  please email us and we can invoice you as there is a separate shipping charge.

We will not be held liable for late, lost or damaged items once they have left our premises. If in the event something like this occurs you will need to follow up directly with Australia Post. 

Please note postage costs are not refundable. 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases or incorrect decision/fit

If an item simply does not fit, it is considered a change of mind return and cannot be refunded.

We do not accept change of mind returns for sale items - This includes fit.

If you would like to exchange your full priced item/s for a different size or item, your credit may be used to purchase this.

Please note - If your item is a large/heavy/bulky item additional shipping charges may be applicable. 

Please Note: If you fail to collect your parcel or return your order with "Return to Sender" noted on your parcel, you will receive a Online Credit Note for the value of your order less a $25 fee as this is how much Australia Post/Couriers Please charge for parcels returned to us this way. 

 

International

We currently have flat rate options for the USA, CANADA, UK and New Zealand.
If you live outside these zones please contact us for a quote.

Please note - If your item is a large/heavy/bulky item additional shipping charges may be applicable. 

The flat rate option we have covers untracked airmail – if you require tracking on your parcel please contact us for an ammended shipping charge.

It is your responsibility to pay any import taxes or duties that may be incurred when your parcel arrives to your country. We take no responsibility for any charges or delays that may occur.

We will not be held liable for late, lost or damaged items once they have left our premises. If in the event something like this occurs you will need to follow up directly with Australia Post.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.

Customer satisfaction is very important at Tutu Irresistible Boutique, however please note all sales are final.

Once placing your order, no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you noticed you have entered your shipping details incorrectly, please email us at info@tutuirresistible.com.au and we will try our hardest to resolve the issue. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily arrange an exchange or store credit. 


All items are carefully checked before posting however if an item does arrive with a fault we will happily send a replacement upon evaluation of the fault. If a replacement item cannot be sent we will issue a store credit. 

All postage costs associated with an exchange must be covered by the customer.

Please note all sales are final and we do not refund for change of mind.

Please make yourself fully aware of all pre -order and turnaround times before ordering. If your order is urgent please contact us prior to placing the order. 

Please note that Tutu Irresistible Boutique reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time. There are no refunds or exchanges accepted on sale items.

All discount codes must be entered at the checkout.

Only one discount can be used per order.

Our software cannot allow us to manually apply discount orders or adjust prices once orders are finalised. If you forget to use a code at checkout, we cannot amend the price and will not reimburse any additional costs.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
