All breakages during transit are replaced by us. Please email a photo of the breakage within 24 hours of receiving your order to pmplastercraft@gmail.com and we will send out a replacement ASAP. We replace plaster only so please keep any packaging and paints.
Refund Policy
We are happy to process refunds but the order must be shipped back and in it's original state before a refund is processed.
