Printing Process
The final project of the artwork will be determined by the quality of the printer and either the paper or card stock that you choose.  Please
keep in mind that colours on a monitor may vary slightly from how they appear in person or how they display on viewing device to another due to the colour calibration of your device or monitor.  For the most visually stunning final results, we recommend printing the pages using high-quality paper.

Refunds and Exchanges
Every digital and instant download purchase is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as there is no way for me to tell whether you have printed the design. Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your order will be
delivered via downloadable compressed ZIP file.  The Zip file contains
eight (8) separate JPEG image files of different sizes.

This is a DIGITAL
product no PHYSICAL product will be shipped to you.

Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Every digital and
instant download purchase is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as there is
no way for me to tell whether you have printed the design. However, if you
have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact me
at any time via email admin@wagtailwillows.com.au.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

OUR PRICING

The standard view of our prices is in Australian Dollars and includes GST, where appropriate.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled prior to items being dispatched. After this time, no cancellations will be accepted. If a cancellation is accepted a full refund will be made to you. To cancel an order please contact admin@wagtailwillows.com.au or 0408 757 005.

Wagtail Willows may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If goods are received in a faulty or damaged condition, you are entitled to apply for an exchange, credit or refund. We cannot refund where the recipient has decided they no longer require the product.

If your item/s has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly to the value of the damaged goods, provide a store credit or refund your money.  Simply contact us to inform us of the damage, providing details and photo evidence, within 48 hours of receipt. Then just repack the items in its original packaging, if possible, and return to sender. Wagtail Willows will reimburse the costs of the postage.

Wagtail Willows will endeavour to supply the exact products ordered, however we reserve the right in some cases, such as non-availability, to provide substitute products that will be of equal or greater value.
