AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

For all orders in Australia a flat rate fee for  standard shipping of $9 will be charged. 

For all orders in Australia a flat rate fee for express shipping of $12 will be charged

Please allow a processing time of 2 business days before item is shipped. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped.

*Please note any items ordered with Pre- Order styles will not be shipped until the entire order is complete - to arrange a seperate shipment please contact us

Please get in touch via email if you require a tracking number or are concerned that your order is late or lost.

*Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

All orders will be posted by Australian Parcel Post or Sendle, and a tracking number will be provided to you so your parcel can be located. All orders sent from international suppliers will be posted by Australia Post. Please contact us if you would like a tracking number. 

PICK UP IN STORE (Orange NSW Customers Only )

This service enables you to shop online and collect your purchase in store avoiding delivery charges. If the item or size is not in stock the same processing and delivery time as outlined above will apply. 

To proceed with this option, select Local Pick Up at the checkout. After you have made payment for your order, you must then contact Mimi Lil & Co to arrange a time for collection. You will receive a confirmation email or message when your order is ready for collection.

We understand that buying clothes online can be a little scary especially if it’s your first time. At Mimi Lil & Co we want to offer you the peace of mind that what for ever reason, your item can be returned for an exchange of size or store credit.

We would hate for you to feel like you have lost money for an item that wasn’t quite right So if you choose to return your item for a store credit we would like to offer you an extra $10.00 towards your store credit to help you when you find that next item that does suit.

NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM? HERE ARE THE STEPS!

 1. Read the Returns Policy information below
to ensure you qualify to make a return.

2. Contact Mimi Lil & Co via email mimilil.co@hotmail.com with the details and reason of your return. Once approved you will be please send your item/s in their original condition to the address below . Approval may take 1-2 Business days.


 4. Include your order number and name with the item(s) you wish to return
and package together in a trackable mailing satchel.

5. You will need to cover the return postage,
please also ensure to send your order with an activated tracking number
and have this information accessible.


RETURNS POLICY

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. Please note we do not offer refunds. A refund will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed as faulty. 
  • All item(s) to be returned must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) must be attached.
  • Please take care when trying on the item as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains. If the item is deemed unsellable it will simply be returned to the customer.
  • By purchasing from Mimi Lil & Co, you have accepted the possibility of slight variations in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different dependant on individual monitor settings.

 PROCESSING TIME

  • We process all returns within 2-4 business days of them being received.
  • You will receive an email with the details and outcome of your processed return.

 STORE CREDIT

  • Returned items will be issued a store credit, unless you have requested an exchange or have been approved for a refund due to a faulty garment.
  • A store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be used in one transaction.
  • A store credit does not cover shipping costs and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  • A store credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.

EXCHANGE

Not a problem at all contact us at Mimi Lil & Co and let us know which product and size you would like to exchange and return your original order via the steps above, postage costs will apply.
Please ensure that your send back your original order in a trackable satchel, we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

FAULTY ITEMS

  • If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return via our email mimilil.co@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please include a picture of the deemed fault and your order number.
  •  We will treat this at the highest of priority. Please ensure you do not throw out any of the packaging information as this will be required to move forward.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed to be faulty.

 SALE ITEMS

  • We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items so please choose carefully.
  • If you require the same item in a different size, please contact customer service via email mimilil.co@hotmail with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Items purchased during flash sale periods are included under this sale policy so please ensure you choose your item(s) carefully.

 DISCOUNT CODES

  • Only one discount/credit code can be used per order.
  • If you have an existing code during a sale period, unfortunately only one can be honoured - so it is up to you to decide which ones to use.
