Orders will be shipped via AUSTRALIA POST.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $150. with the exception of large or heavy
items, where shipping will be calculated separately. All orders under $150 are a flat rate shipping fee
of $14.95.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed after it is placed, especially during busy
periods such as Christmas, Easter or Sale Periods.
Once dispatched, AUSTRALIA POST should have your parcel delivered in 2 - 5 working days.
A tracking number will be provided via email, so you are able to keep track of your parcel’s progress.

Refund Policy

We would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online at Upcycled by E l e. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:

If you have received a broken, damaged or faulty item, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on 0428109103 and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it.

We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot
accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.

Refunds are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
