All our candles and melts are hand poured with love in small batches, by me. Due to the nature of handmade and soy wax products, each candle and melt will be unique. **Candles are made to order.

SHIPPING: We only ship to addresses within Australia,

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. We ship all packages through Australia Post, with an estimated delivery of 3-14 business days, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and depending on your location within Australia. You will receive an email with your tracking information once posted which you can check via the Australia Post website. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If the package has been returned to us, due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package. Please contact us as soon as possible if you feel like you may have given the wrong shipping address.

Pre order and custom orders excluded.

LOST PACKAGES: Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, we will be happy to assist by calling Australia Post and try to locate your package.

Local pick up available if you’re located in the 3875 postcode. Please contact me via email to arrange a suitable day and time for pickup.

Refund Policy

All of our products are inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However we will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipment. Photographic proof of damage most be provided within 24 hours of delivery and you must be willing to take all of the parcel to a Post Office if required. No refunds on waxidents, not quite right or sale items.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind once checkout is complete. All products listed are described as accurately as possible..

REFUNDS, DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES : Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind once checkout is complete. All products listed are described as accurately as possible.

Please inspect your product once received and contact us ASAP with photos if your item is not correct or faulty.

Please follow instructions on the candle care card so your candle burns correctly. A label is also on the bottom of your candle for reference.

Note: sweating & frosting are not considered defects or faults.

All our candles are poured by hand in small batches. Each is carefully checked prior to packaging and shipping to ensure there is no faults with your candle. Due to the nature of handmade and soy wax products, all candles and melts will be unique. No refunds on waxidents, not quite right or sale items.
