All orders are sent through Australia Post. Once your package is with Australia Post it is out of our hands. However, if something happens to your order during transit we are happy to help locate and try our best to fix the issue. 

EXPRESS DELIVERY: Items sent through Express Postage should arrive in 1-4 business days. However Australia Post can experience some internal delays. So make sure you leave enough time when ordering you goodies. 

STANDARD DELIVERY: Items sent through Standard Postage should arrive between 3-6 business days. However Australia Post can experience some internal delays. So make sure you leave enough time when ordering you goodies. 

Refund Policy

-Due to hygiene reasons, we do not do refunds for change of mind.

-In the unlikely event your items come faulty or damaged, please email us through pictures and what is wrong within 7 days to [email protected]. After the 7 days we can not provide a refund or store credit. 

(for damaged item refunds, postage will not be refunded. Only the cost for the faulty/damaged items.)
