Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be shipped via AUSTRALIA POST. All items are made to order, as a result there can be a production time of 2-3 weeks prior to shipping.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $200 with the exception of large or heavy items, where shipping will be calculated separately. Orders under $200 are a flat rate shipping fee of $17, unless large or heavy items.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed after it is placed, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter or Sale Periods.
Once dispatched, AUSTRALIA POST should have your parcel delivered in 5-10 working days.
A tracking number will be provided via email, so you are able to keep track of your parcel’s progress.

Refund Policy
We would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online at KMP crafty things. With this in mind, our REFUND policy is as follows:
As products are custom made they are unable to be refunded unless faulty.
If you have received a broken, damaged or faulty item, please contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it for a refund.

RETURNS POLICY
We would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online at KMP crafty things. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:
If you have received a broken, damaged or faulty item, please contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it.
Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or if the items is faulty, a full refund. This does not apply to Customised items, only if they are faulty.
For an exchange or credit note, contact us with your purchase details and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
Any credit notes issued will be valid for 3 months.
Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
