Description

Sizing is available from A5, A4 or A3 with other sizes are available upon request. Progress photos and comments will be passed on during the drawing process to ensure accuracy of the final portrait. You can choose any colour background you like, however the outline colour can only be black or white.The final product will be emailed to the customer upon confirmation of completion. Alternatively the portrait can be made available via a dropbox link. Clear digital photos need to be emailed in order to retain resolution of the photo.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

2 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7-14 days depending on your location. Please refer to the Aus Post website for a more accurate quote.

3. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Simply Sunflowers operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time Simply Sunflowers will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4. Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. After this and unfortunately you will need to find an alternative option.

5. P.O. Box Shipping

Simply Sunflowers Art will ship to P.O. box addresses using Australia Post services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

6. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation with Australia Post or courier services.

7. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

8. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us as soon as possible. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please still contact us so we can proceed with the next steps.

8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. Please understand that while this process is painful, we must follow the steps of the postal carrier to ensure all parties are compensated/covered accordingly prior to re-sending the new product for replacement.

Refunds will only be processed under the circumstances that an item has been approved as faulty, not as described or otherwise. Refunds WILL NOT be processed for change of mind or change of circumstances. Should you require a refund due to the above reasons, please contact us to move forward with the refunds.

Under exceptional circumstances, products may not need to be returned to be approved for a refund, however as standard, all times will need to be returned prior to approval of a refund. Upon return receipt of items for a refund claim, you can expect Simply Sunflowers Art to process your refund claim within 7 days.

Refunds can only be processed the same way they were paid. Under no circumstances will Simply Sunflowers be required to refund on an alternative card/payment. Funds will only be returned to the payment method used.

1.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Simply Sunflowers Art will not accept returns due to change of mind or change of circumstances.

1.2 Warranty Returns

Simply Sunflowers Art will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Simply Sunflowers Art to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
