Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders of $60 and under. All artwork and other orders incur a flat rate shipping fee depending on the size and weight of the item ranging from $15 - $30.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed after it is placed, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter or Sale Periods.
Once dispatched, Australia Post should have your parcel delivered in 2 - 5 working days.
A tracking number will be provided via email, so you are able to keep of your parcel’s progress.
At Chris Fahey Glass Art, our goal is to offer you prompt and efficient shipping of your items, no matter where you live. We'll try our very best to have your items to you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the items I make it is not possible for me to offer any refunds.
All artworks are covered by Australia Post insurance. In the unlikely event of an item being broken during transit I commit to making a replacement for you within a reasonable time frame.
