Our pasta is made using age old techniques handed down many generations. The ingredients are plain flour, semolina and water only. No egg. Perfect for vegan diets. Air dried and packed by hand into elegant white gift bags. Each bag serves 3 and has a long shelf life. Choose from Fettuccine, Maltagliata or Mafaldine. Just top with your favourite pasta sauce. Cooking and storing instructions included.
