Orders will be shipped via AUSTRALIA POST.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $100. with the exception of large or heavy
items, where shipping will be calculated separately. All orders under $100 are a flat rate shipping fee
of $10.00.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed after it is placed, especially during busy
periods such as Christmas, Easter or Sale Periods.
Once dispatched, AUSTRALIA POST should have your parcel delivered in 2 - 13 working days.
A tracking number will be provided via email, so you are able to keep track of your parcel’s progress.
Ready made products are shipped within 1-3 days of order. Personalised custom made products will be shipped within 1 week from order, once product is made.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted where the product is faulty. Photo evidence required for a refund upon return of item.
Please ensure correct spelling of name. No responsibility will be taken for incorrect personalisation details once provided.
Items damaged by customer error, mistreatment, incorrect use are non refundable.
