No returns are accepted for studs or earrings, for hygienic reasons (Unless they arrive broken). Please consider this when purchasing.

Orders will be shipped via AUSTRALIA POST.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $60.
All orders under $60 are a flat rate shipping fee
of $7.50, unless weight reaches over 2 kilos!
We'll try our very best to have your items to you as soon as possible.
Please allow 1 to 3 days for me to package up your order and get it to the post office.
Refund Policy
I want you to love your River and Reign creation, so if you are not totally happy with your purchase you can return it and I will provide you with a store credit to use towards a future order.
Please notify me within 7 days of receiving item/s.
All items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
Damaged items will not be accepted. As well as earrings, sale items and custom items, cannot be returned.
Return postage is at the customer's expense.
A refund will be granted after return delivery is complete.
Damaged On Arrival
If an item arrives damaged and the buyer photographs and emails riverandreigndesigns@gmail.com, within 2 days of arrival, a full refund will be granted!
