Description

These lovely gift boxes allow you to create your own personally chosen gift pack.  I can make up gift packs, but you may not like my choice of soaps.  This way you get to get what you like. 

1.  Choose your box – I have gift boxes to suit either 2, 4, or 6 large soaps.  6 large soap gift box has a decorative sleeve that slides over box in either black or white.  
2.  Choose your soaps from my other listings. 
3.  2 and 4 Packs will be finished with coloured raffia ribbon and label attached, so if you order multiple packs, please let me know which soap is with which pack.
4.  Each filled gift box will also include a Soap Saver to hang your little end pieces and use for exfoliation.

To extend the life of your precious bars, I recommend storing your handmade soaps on a soap holder away from the stream of the shower.  Soggy soap just melts away.  Your soap will be packaged separately in a biodegradable cellophane bag with a label added.  You can also order soap holders on a separate listing.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post at a flat rate of $10 Australia wide.
If your item is not on backorder, please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed after it is placed.  If there will be a longer delay on your order for any reason, you will receive an email to let you know.  Once dispatched, Australia Post should have your parcel delivered in 2 - 5 working days (depending on their workload).
You will receive an email letting you know your package will be posted and to expect an email from Australia Post.  A tracking number will be sent directly from Australia Post via email, so you are able to keep track of your parcel’s progress.

At Janelle's Soaps & Succulents, our goal is to offer you prompt and efficient shipping of your items, no matter where you live. We'll try our very best to have your items to you as soon as possible and most parcels are dispatched by the next working day, if possible.

Refund Policy

We would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online at Janelle's Soaps & Succulents and hope that it is a pleasant experience for you. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If you have received a product that has been damaged prior to packaging for posting, or something has happened within the box during transit, please contact us.  Your order leaves our premises in perfect condition and we photograph every order ready for posting before delivery to Australia Post.   

If your box has been damaged during transit, any damage received after lodgement to Australia Post is their responsibility and should be taken up with them, however, please contact us and we will help with this.  We will require photographs in both instances so please don't throw out packaging.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our goods, we do not accept returns or exchange items.  Cancellations are accepted only if your order has not yet been packaged and posted or delivered, however, any processing fees your order has incurred will be your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
