$2 from every coat sold goes to support the wonderful work of the Mount Alexander Animal Welfare Group.

Satchel size or bulk buy 1kg bags we have something to satisfy even the fussiest of best mates.

Pet Soap:

Our All Natural Pet Soap bars containing Lavender, Neem and Tea Tree are great for having your best mate smelling their finest.

Bandanas: Step out in style with your best mate. Lots of colours and patterns to choose from. Handmade using lovely soft cotton fabric.

Shipping Policy

7 working day turn around on orders from date of payment within Australia.

12 Working day turn around on orders containing a Custom made dog coat from date of payment within Australia.

* For international orders please add a week to the above expected delivery times.

* Estimated turn around is based off  the time we need to prepare coat + the 2 working day shipping time Australia post.

* Once we post its in Australia posts hands. In the thousands of coats we have posted we have found Australia post to be a wonderful shipping provider. 

* Your order will be tracked with tracking number provided to you.

Within Australia Regular post

orders < $35 = $10.00 charge

$36 - $199 + = $10 charge

$200 and over = Free postage

Within Australia Express Post

Orders < $35 = $15 Charge

$36 - $199 = $18 Charge

$200 and over = $22

The Rest of the World Regular Post

Orders <$35 = $15 charge

$36 - $199 = $30 Charge

orders over $200 = $35 charge

The Rest of the World Express Postage

orders <$35 = $18 charge

$36- $199 = $40 charge

$200 and over = $45 charge

When purchasing from outside of Australia there may be added taxes to pay your country. This will be at your expense.

Refund Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As coats require you to measure your best mate we insist that you measure twice to be sure you have the correct measurements and follow our instructions precisely.

A refund will be provided if there is a fault in the product or you receive the incorrect design or style.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Additional non-returnable items: 
Gift cards. Custom made coats.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed or a product replacement sent.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fairdinkumdogs.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 699 Castlemaine VIC 3450, Australia 

Make sure your details, explanation and copy of return postage charges are provided with item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your item is deemed eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you with your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Missing items: A refund will not be given if an item goes missing or is damaged in transit. Tracking number will be provided so that you can sort issue out with shipping company.
