Ingredients

Cinnamon, turmeric, ashwagandha, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg & cracked black pepper

Directions

Stove top – Serves 1

1. In a small milk pan, whisk 1 teaspoon of Moon Milk into 200mls of milk of choice.  
2. Simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes. 
3. Pour into a mug and whisk in 1 teaspoon of butter or coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of honey.  
4. Relax and enjoy!

Microwave – Serves 1

1. In a microwave-safe mug, heat one cup of your favourite milk to just before boiling point.
2. Whisk in 1 teaspoon of Moon Milk powder, 1 teaspoon of butter or coconut milk and 1 teaspoon of honey.
3. Relax and enjoy!
