HOW IT’S MADE
Firstly the rope has been hand dyed by me into an chartreuse coloured dye bath, the colour is beautifully unique but still the natural beauty of the rope shining through. The finished result was this fabulous yellow green colour, reminiscent of the pine lime splices I would devour as a child.  This lovely coiled natural cotton rope is then machine stitch quilted and makes for an absorbent sturdy drink coaster. The additional sewn cross in the middle adds both to its sturdiness as well as being a lovely feature. The coasters will protect your furniture from drips and spills from both hot and cold drinks. No more sweaty glasses pooling on ceramic coasters, these are super absorbent. Soft and sturdy with no hard edges, they won’t scratch your precious furniture. Plus they are reversible!
