This kitchen knife is made from a blade I forged out at Iron Lord Forge. Wayne had me working on refining my bevels and forging closer to the blade shape meaning less grinding. A working finish ready to get dirty. Finished off with a stunning resin filled timber handle and black G10 bolster.

Deferentially hardened, meaning that the edge is harder (and sharper) and the spine is softer to ensure a tougher blade.

This knife will make the perfect addition to any kitchen – suitable for most kitchen applications, high carbon steel blade ensures a lasting sharp edge.

As with all high carbon knives, it will need to be taken care of to ensure a long life.

The blade has  approximatley 13.5-14cm cutting edge, the whole knife is 28cm long
