All of my items are safely wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and posted via Australia Post. 

Purchased items will be made and dispatched within 3-5 days.

Shipping Policy


Your order will be delivered through Australia Post eParcel. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Full details can be found at www.auspost.com.au

Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg. Christmas and Easter. Wagtail Willows does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit (exclusions may apply). 

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Wagtail Willows if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. All orders are trackable online through supplied consignment/tracking numbers. Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

Please make sure all postal information is correct at the time of purchase, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address. 

We ship within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared funds. By placing an order with custom item/s please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. 

Items are delivered only within Australia.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

Refund Policy


We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order or purchased the incorrect size or product however, we are able to offer a store credit or exchange if we are contacted within the 48 hours of receiving the item/s. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If an item is to be returned and or exchanged, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in it’s original packaging and condition.

ALL packaging and tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for an exchange.

Please note all Bath & Body (due to hygiene), sale/clearance & custom products are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Please email us at admin@wagtailwillows.com.au advising that you would like to return an item; noting your order number and reason for returning the item/s in the email. 

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.  We recommend you send the parcel back with a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back and do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy


The standard view of our prices is in Australian Dollars and includes GST, where appropriate.


Orders can be cancelled prior to items being dispatched. After this time, no cancellations will be accepted. If a cancellation is accepted a full refund will be made to you. To cancel an order please contact admin@wagtailwillows.com.au or 0459 339 993.

Wagtail Willows may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. 


If goods are received in a faulty or damaged condition, you are entitled to apply for an exchange, credit or refund. We cannot refund where the recipient has decided they no longer require the product.

If your item/s has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly to the value of the damaged goods, provide a store credit or refund your money.  Simply contact us to inform us of the damage, providing details and photo evidence, within 48 hours of receipt. Then just repack the items in its original packaging, if possible, and return to sender. Wagtail Willows will reimburse the costs of the postage.
