Shipping Policy
Products will generally be dispatched within 3 to 5 days of order being placed. I will email customer with postage tracking details on the day the product is posted. If more time is required to build product ( depending on demand ) I will email details to customer regarding circumstances.
Refund Policy
All of my products are handmade by me and inspected before postage by myself. I make my products to the highest standard. If any manufacturing defects are discovered by the customer I am more than happy to refund the full cost of the item upon proof of the defect being provided to me by photograph or return of the affected item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If the customer cancels the order before it is posted there will be no issue.
If the customer wishes to return a purchased item, they will have to incur the return postage cost and the purchase price will be refunded to the customer upon receipt and inspection of the goods.
I will only exchange the item if there is proof of a manufacturing fault in the item.
