The recent bushfires in Australia have been absolutely devastating for so many people and communities. In our Snowy Valleys Council shire alone 182 houses have been lost plus another 44 damaged (info from Snowy Valleys Council).

There is a lot of work, clean up and rebuilding in front of people. We were some of the lucky ones and the fire fighting angels stopped the fire about 100m in front of our house!

We like to help those people and families who have lost their homes in the fires, making them feel a little special and at home again by supplying them with a set of our Premium Pure Baltic Linen sheets OR a set of Premium Pure Baltic Linen Towels. To keep it special, the receiver can choose the colour 😊.

Shipping Policy


We offer complimentary shipping for orders over $200, Australia wide only. Orders under $200 will have a flat rate shipping cost of $12. We will ship your order within 1-2 business days, if possible on the same day. We like to use and waste as little paper as possible. Therefore we email you a receipt which you might like to keep in your inbox for future reference.

For other countries please contact us for a quote. All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Please contact us if you would like registered or express Post. An extra charge will be incurred. No responsibility is taken for parcels lost in the mail or any duties incurred if buying from outside of Australia.

Please make sure, that you provide us with the correct shipping address since we don't take responsibility for lost items due to wrong shipping address.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy


If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer you a credit note for future purchases or a refund minus the cost of shipping for us to send the goods to you in the first instance. We can advise the cost of shipping to be deducted. You will be required to pay the return shipping costs. 

All returns due to a change of mind must be made within 14 days of receiving goods.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear of use

All our products are very carefully checked and sent to you in perfect condition. However, all natural handcrafted products may have some variances due to their nature. Colour variations and small fabric imperfections will not deem the product faulty.

If, however you receive a faulty or damaged item please email us within 14 days of purchase and we will happily provide a full refund or exchange, including postage costs.

Once we receive your returned item(s) your issue will be processed immediately. If applicable a refund will occur, or an exchange item/s (if available) will be forwarded to you within 1-2 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 9-14 business days to receive your refund.

Once your return is accepted, please return item(s) to the address provided below and provide item tracking number via email within 1-2 business days.
If a parcel has been mislaid in the mail, please contact us via email and we will get back to you about covering the loss.
