We mainly ship via Australia Post, however on occasion we may use courier or delivery agents to be more cost effective to our customers (we hate shipping costs as much as you do!). We will provide tracking details to you via your Spend With Us order on the day your item is shipped.
We do not accept any responsiblity for the carrier's treatment of parcels or timeliness of delivery - please note that we will always pack all of our parcels with love and care in the expectation that you will receive them just as we've sent them.
