PRE-SALE SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
All pre-sale orders are shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse. Please check the description of individual items for estimated dispatch dates.
*** Please Note: ALL ITEMS in your order will be posted together. If you order a pre-sale item and a stocked item within the same transaction, all your items will be posted together when the pre-order stock has arrived to warehouse. To avoid waiting, you can order stocked items and pre-sale items in separate transactions.
STANDARD SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
All stocked items are dispatched from either of rural Adare head office or our Melbourne warehouse in Australia within 2 business days of purchase. Please refer to Australia Post delivery time frames to estimate date of delivery. Purchases can be tracked via the link in your confirmation email once shipped.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN POSTED
You will automatically sent emails at each stage of the shipping process.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?
Orders can only be sent to the shipping address entered during the checkout process. Where the incorrect address is entered, orders can only be reshipped to a new address at the expense of the customer.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer a store credit (less original shipping costs), within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a store credit, please ensure your shoes are returned in unworn, resalable condition using a traceable postage method (such as Registered Post). Billycart Kids take no responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Please allow up to 14 business days for your store credit to be processed once your item(s) are received by us.
We are unable to offer exchanges on purchases, for incorrect size or change of mind. If you wish to change size or style then please return your items for a store credit and then re-order as per your new requirements.
To get the right fit, the first time, be sure to measure the foot accurately and consult our Sizing Guide before you order.
It’s a good idea to try new shoes on indoors, on a clean floor when you first receive them. Be sure to remove all the paper packing in the toe, before fitting them on your child.

- Ensure within 14 days of purchase

STORE CREDIT PROCESSING TIME
Store credits will be processed less the original cost of shipping. Please allow up to 14 days from the time the request was received by our office to receive your store credit. Please Contact Us if you have not received an email to notify your credit has been processed within these timeframes
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you believe you have received a pair of shoes with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as this is not a common occurrence. Please note that general wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
