Description

Each Keepsake Card comes with a small heart made from white clay in a matte finish, with faux suede cord, with a partial lace imprint. The heart  comes attached to a small card with the message You’re not alone. Your card is presented in a clear cellophane bag with a small white envelope.

Measurements – Heart 6cm, Card 10.5 x 10.5cm, Envelope 11x11cm

The decorations are handmade meaning they may differ ever so slightly in style, size, thickness, surface textures, paint, and positioning of words (though differences are small) …this makes each piece a one of a kind.

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase through Australia Post. You can expect your items within 2 - 10 business days. Please keep in mind during busy periods - Christmas, Easter and Sale periods - that shipping may take longer then expected.

Refund Policy

Although I do my best to accurately photograph products, colours may appear slightly darker than what appears on screen. Colours may also differ from monitor to monitor.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ladyjayscreations@outlook.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, tea, coffee or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, mystery items/boxes or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
