Orders will be shipped via AUSTRALIA POST.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $60.
All orders under $60 are a flat rate shipping fee
of $7.50, unless weight reaches over 2 kilos!
We'll try our very best to have your items to you as soon as possible.
Please allow 1 to 3 days for me to package up your order and get it to the post office.
Refund Policy
I want you to love your River and Reign creation, so if you are not totally happy with your purchase you can return it and I will provide you with a store credit to use towards a future order.
Please notify me within 7 days of receiving item/s.
All items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
Damaged items will not be accepted. As well as earrings, sale items and custom items, cannot be returned.
Return postage is at the customer's expense.
A refund will be granted after return delivery is complete.
Damaged On Arrival
If an item arrives damaged and the buyer photographs and emails riverandreigndesigns@gmail.com, within 2 days of arrival, a full refund will be granted!
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We at River and Reign Designs, do our best to send our products in a quick and timely manner. This being send, cancellations aren't accepted at this time.

Dear Customer,
I have checked your order along with shipping information I provided you. You made your order on the 27th of August and it was then shipped on the same day. The latest shipping updates state as of yesterday it is being processed at at a sorting facility in Victoria. Covid-19 is still affecting delivery times, I try my hardest to compensate for this by processing and sending orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, things like this do sometimes happen. If you haven’t received an email regarding your postage information, please contact me directly. Review’s like this can severely hurt small businesses and I hope that once your receive your new earring, you will amend your review. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has coursed you, postage arrival is truly out of a sellers control.
