Care Instructions – We recommend a warm hand wash for your lid and mug. The slide part of the lid is removable for easy cleaning. We recommend soaking the lid in warm soapy water and then running water through after the soak. Additional lids are available to purchase on this website.

All items are sent via Australia Post with track and trace facilities. At the checkout you can choose whether you want Registered or Express Posting.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your items and if your not 100% satisfied we will accept returns for change of mind or damaged goods.
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods providing its unused and still in originally packaging. Postage to be at buyers expense. Refund will be processed on receipt of goods.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange’s are accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods. Postage at buyers expense. All Packaging to be included with returned item. Purchaser is responsible for all postage costs relating to exchange.
