An intriguing mix of red ghost peppers and fresh ingredients fermented with lemon and Jack Daniel’s oak for 488 days prior to being process with fermented lemonade and clarified rice malt syrup. The finished product is fresh and sour, with subtle hints of sweetness and underpinned by an unobtrusive, yet undeniable, oak flavour.
