FAQ’s

Do you keep stock on hand?

Yes. We try to keep as much in stock as possible and the delivery process as fast as
possible. If by some chance we are out of stock of an item this is normally
shown on the website. But if on the odd chance the stock hasn’t updated before
you place an order and that item is out of stock, we will notify you ASAP.

Can I have stock sent internationally?

At this point in time we are only delivering within Australia. We can ship items
internationally on request, please message us with what you wish to order along
with an address and we will obtain a shipping price for you.

What happens if my ordered item is out of stock?

In the event that you order an item that is currently out of stock we will contact you to
give you the choice of a refund or back order.

Back order means that your item will be sent to you as soon as it arrives
back in stock.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or broken?

We will replace or refund any item that is received damaged or faulty, however we do
not refund for incorrect choice or change of mind.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we must be notified via email
within 72 hours of receipt of stock. In order for us to make a claim from our
shipping company we will require photos of the damaged goods as well as the
packaging. We may ask for the damaged item to be returned to us for inspection
and if so we will pay for the delivery cost.

Please note that we ship using Australia Post - Please be patient
and allow extra time for your parcels to get to you

Once you get an EMAIL to say that your order has been 'FULFILLED'
this is notification that your order has been POSTED.

Tracking numbers are available upon request.

All orders are shipped by Australia Post. If you would like express post,

If you live in the Gippsland area you can select LOCAL PICK UP at checkout
and we will arrange a time for pick up.

Goods are subject to availability. Every effort is made to ensure items that
are displayed on the website are available to purchase. If our supplier is
unable to supply a product for whatever reason, we will have this product
removed from the website.

Gippsland Personalised Gifts accepts PayPal payments, Credit Card payments
and bank transfers (Packages paid for via Bank Transfers will be sent upon
money received in account – up to 5 business days).

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post within 3 - 5 working days of received payment clearance

(unless otherwise advised)

While we do not accept responsibility for any lost packages after they have

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact
us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery, a replacement product will be
dispatched (subject to availability) once the product is received.

(We will refund the cost of postage upon receiving the faulty product)

      Returns/Refunds are only offered on items that have arrived damaged or broken and not because of change of mind
or ordering error.

      Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged 

      Returned items must still be in their original product packaging
