Miss Trinkle is a Merbear. She is approx. 37cm long. She lives not too far from the Jingle Reef, down the path from Professor Barizook’s laboratory.

She is made from thick pile golden mohair, has a sculpted face, glass eyes and her tail is made from an upcycled garment. Pellets make her tail ‘cozy and posy’ so she sits beautifully in a container or shell. Her sculpted hand made nose, gleams with varnish.
She’s full of mischief, and that effervescent twinkle in her eye will make you laugh.

Shipping Policy
Due to each of my artworks being different size, shape and weight - its best if I can work with you initially to find out where you are located. From there I can figure out the cheapest, fastest and safest way to send you the creation you’ve adopted.
As a general guide, I will try to send smaller bears express post which is between $9 and $15 Australia wide in an express satchel or box under 3kg.
Larger items, over that weight can cost between $15 and $25 depending on your location.
I always try to get your order in the mail within one working week - or sooner if I can. I do work full time around my hobby so sometimes it can just be a couple days for me to get to the post office.
Refund Policy
I will always be open to discussions about refunds if you find there is a major fault or breakage with something you have ordered and there is no way to fix it. Each piece I create is also dear to me, and I would be sad to know it is broken or ruined or unloved for any reason.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Its really hard with individual items to offer an exchange because I only ever make one of a kind designs. However, if you wish to return your purchase, of course I will be happy to accept your decision. The cost of the return postage will be up to you to organise, and once I have received the item back in its original condition, then I will ensure your refund.
