SHIPPING: We only ship to addresses within Australia, 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. We ship all packages through Australia Post, with an estimated delivery of 3-14 business days, due to the pandemic and depending on your location within Australia. You will receive an email with your tracking information once posted which you can check via the Australia Post website. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If the package has been returned to us, due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package. Please contact us as soon as possible if you feel like you may have given the wrong shipping address.

LOST PACKAGES: Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, we will be happy to assist by calling Australia Post and try to locate your package.
