The Carob Kitchen- was first established in 1997 in Port Elliot South Australia. This family owned orchard is the oldest carob operation in Australia. Using only natural methods, each tree is lovingly home grown from seed and grafted in the paddock. Also certified Organic. Carob has many health benefits especially being very high in antioxidants.

Byron Bay Cookie Cookies’- unique style amd flavour draws inspiration from the idyllic town of Byron Bay NSW, nestled at Australia’s most easterly point. Crafted with passion, their artisan cookie bites are full of luscious ingredients and harmonious flavour pairings, delivering a moment of indulgence with every bite!

Sweet William- This chocolate is REAL chocolate with REAL CHOCOLATE TASTE, made with milk alternatives and natural ingredients. Sweet William is dedicated to DF, GF Nut Free and Vegan and tastes so good, you won’t believe it’s better for you! Australian owned and made in NSW, this ‘free from’ chocolate is so delicious.

Quincey Jelly Jones Preserves- award winning Strawberry Jam is made from 100% locally grown strawberries and produced in Echuca NSW near the banks of the Murray River, although sometimes the fruit is sourced from Tasmania. This jam is preservative free with no added artificial colouring or additives. Just pure delicious fresh chunky jam!

Yellowtail- This bubbles Rose is a sparkling wine with a twist- a pink hue and the suggestion of red grape flavours adds an additional dimension to the fizz drinking experience. Each sip is full of strawberries, red cherry, spices and a hint of tropical flavours.

Jasper + Myrtle- Dark drinking chocolate is made from bean to bar sourced from Bougainville cacao beans. It is crafted with a special dark chocolate. Enjoy the full aroma and lovely rounded notes of fruit. Lovingly created in Canberra ACT.

Silver Pewter by Wolfgang- Wolfgang was trained in metal smithing by a master craftsman in Germany. In 1960 he immigrated to Australia when he started enamelling showing his amazing creative talents. By 1970 he went completely into pewter jewellery. After 40 years he still produces one off silver pewter spoons with an Australiana wildflower design on the handle. All of his designs are made from non-toxic lead free Australian pewter using a mixture of silver, tin and bismuth, giving his products more of a silver finish.

Caroline C- is a very talented Australian artist who has hand-crafted this beautiful ceramic hearted-shaped gift tag (5cmx5cm) using Australian clay and glazes stamped with the words ‘made with love’.
