Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be shipped via AUSTRALIA POST. All items are made to order, as a result there can be a production time of 2-3 weeks prior to shipping.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $200 with the exception of large or heavy items, where shipping will be calculated separately. All orders under $200 are a flat rate shipping fee of $15.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed after it is placed, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter or Sale Periods.
Once dispatched, AUSTRALIA POST should have your parcel delivered in 5-10 working days.
A tracking number will be provided via email, so you are able to keep track of your parcel’s progress.

As products are custom made they are unable to be returned unless faulty.

Any credit notes issued will be valid for 3 months.
Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
