Shipping Policy


At Sage & Elm all deliveries are made using Australia Post. Sage & Elm take no responsibility in delivery delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons or as a result of COVID-19.

Domestic Shipping - Australia

FREE standard shipping for orders over $100.

Standard Shipping: $8.95 3-6 business days
Express Shipping: $12.95 2-3 business days

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard International. You are responsible for any import charges or taxes that are applicable to your country. PLEASE NOTE - due to the COVID-19 pandemic, international parcels are experiencing significant shipping delays. Parcels delivery is being affected as a result of a shortage in planes available to ship parcels. Shipping times given are only an approximate.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Here at Sage & Elm we understand that purchasing a product online can be tricky. As such we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us at sageandelm@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless item is faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have been sent the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless faulty. Due to hygiene reasons we can also not accept returns on hair accessories.

Exchanges and Change of Mind
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, a store credit will be issued and you may make a new purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
