Are experiencing significant delays with their service at the present time. This is due to the impact of Covid 19 Omicron infection and the recent flooding
Due to the widespread impact of Omicron infection, some courier delays at this time are expected. Network delays continue to be caused by the rapid spread of the Omicron variant. The regions most impacted by Omicron are Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Geelong and Bendigo, with delays of 3-5 days for delivery into these regions. Perth is also experiencing delays of up to 5 days as a result of unprecedented delivery demand and staffing shortages.
We are working very closely with our courier partners to make sure deliveries are made on time and expect to clear any backlog by the end of the week. Please see below for the updates from our courier partners:

Customs Taxes and Duties
You may be subject to import duties and taxes. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws.
Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country’s laws. In addition, when ordering from Zanlana, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the packages.
Defective items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item. Authorization must be given prior to returning product. Please use our contact form when communicating your intention to return any product for the purpose of refund or exchange. This must be done prior to sending the product/s back. A detailed description of the problem is required. You may also be requested to provide us with a photo/s exhibiting the said defect.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of return postage. Once received and the item has been inspected and has been found to be faulty, then a full refund of the purchase price will be given. The refund will be paid to you in the same manner as it was received. If on the other hand the item is found not to be defective, then the item will be returned to you at no additional cost.
No refunds are given for the below-mentioned reasons
- change your mind
- ordered the wrong item
- found the goods cheaper elsewhere
- were aware of the relevant fault before buying the goods
- damaged the goods by misusing them.
- Personalized or custom made items (unless the fault is due to our negligence).
If your parcel is lost during transit we cannot give a refund or replacement of product until a full investigation is done with the freight company. This can take up to 6 weeks from the time we are notified, that your goods have not been received.
All items are inspected before shipment.
