Description
This neutral piece will make your little one comfortable all day long whether it be outside or inside. It’s a staple piece for every wardrobe and can be worn all year around. Pair it with our personalised rompers to complete the look.
Our knitted jumpers have an oversized look but fit true to size. We suggest ordering your child’s normal size.
The personalisation can be placed on either the front or back of the romper please fill in the section.
Please allow 2-5 days for the embroidery to be finished.
Please leave the name to be embroidered in the name box, please check the spelling as will be embroidered as written. Choose the colour of embroidery from the colour chart, if field is left blank embroidery will be done in white. If you like the name to be done in BOLD writing please enter name in capital letters.

We are based in Gippsland, Victoria so all of our orders are shipped from there.
Australian orders are sent with Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL:
Please allow a lot longer then normal delivery times due to Covid-19.
Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully when ordering but if your purchase is not suitable we are more than happy for you to return it for a store credit. Please note return shipping for change of mind is at the customers expense.
All goods must arrive back to kind in their original condition with the original labels and tags attached. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. We try our best to process returns within 3 business days of your order arriving back to us.
If your item is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will help you out with a refund or a replacement. Also a refund for the return postage costs will be issued (please keep a copy of the receipt as proof)
If you would like to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed & shipped. Please contact us at [email protected]
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you with options for re-shipment at the buyers expense.
Kind takes no responsibility for orders lost in transit. In case your parcel goes missing, please lodge a formal complaint with Australia Post.
