Made from natural acacia wood, this personalised engraved platter board is just the right size to serve an array of fine food and treats on for any occasion.
With its sleek lines and beautiful wood grain, it looks impressive even when not in use, and can be displayed in the kitchen, caravan, bbq area or man cave.
It also features a cut out hole in one corner for making it an easy and convenient hanging display.
These boards are approximately 300mm x 300mm and as they are of a natural timber, the colours within each board do vary from dark to light.
Each board is laser cut engraved which both looks great and is long wearing.
NB: colour variation in the engraving may occur depending on the variety of wood colours in each platter.

Shipping Policy

Please note that we ship using Australia Post - Please be patient
and allow extra time for your parcels to get to you
Once you get an EMAIL to say that your order has been 'FULLFILLED'
this is notification that your order has been POSTED. Tracking numbers are
available upon request.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post. If you would like express post, please

If you live in the Gippsland area you can select LOCAL PICK UP at checkout and we
will arrange a time for pick up.
Goods are subject to availability. Every effort is made to ensure items that are
displayed on the website are available to purchase. If our supplier is unable
to supply a product for whatever reason, we will have this product removed from
the website.
Gippsland Personalised Gifts accepts PayPal payments, Credit Card payments and bank
transfers (Packages paid for via Bank Transfers will be sent upon money
received in account – up to 5 business days).
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post within 3 - 5 working days of received
payment clearance (unless otherwise advised)
If you have not received your order within 10 business days, you should contact us
at info@gippslandpersonalisedgifts.com.au. While we do not accept
responsibility for any lost packages after they have been sent, we will
endeavour to assist in your enquiries with Australia Post in locating your

Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged
product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery, a
replacement product will be dispatched (subject to availability) once the
product is received. (We will refund the cost of postage upon receiving the
faulty product)

Returns/Refunds are only offered on items that have arrived damaged or
broken and not because of change of mind or ordering error.

Discounted Items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must still be in their original product packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of use or wear.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

For us to make a claim from our shipping company we will require
photos of the damaged goods as well as the packaging. We may ask for the
damaged item to be returned to us for inspection and if so, we will pay for the
delivery cost.

unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail.
We will endeavour to have your order fulfilled or suggest a comparable product
of similar nature. If we cannot fulfil your order a full refund will be given
where you have already paid for the goods.
