Personalised stubby holders with writing and photos of your choice printed! We will contact you directly after you’ve placed your order to have your photos and words emailed to us.
SHIPPING POLICY - Orders will be shipped via AUSTRALIA POST. All orders are a flat rate shipping fee of $15. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed after it is placed, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter or Sale Periods. Once dispatched, AUSTRALIA POST should have your parcel delivered in 2 - 5 working days. A tracking number will be provided via email, so you are able to keep track of your parcel’s progress. At Yellow House Cowra Design and Print, our goal is to offer you prompt and efficient shipping of your items, no matter where you live. We'll try our very best to have your items to you as soon as possible.
REFUND POLICY - No refund for change of mind. Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
RETURNS POLICY - We would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online at Yellow House Cowra Design and Print. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows: If you have received a broken, damaged or faulty item, please contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging, and all tags intact. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty. Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM -
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorisation. Then post your return within 7 days to: Yellow House Cowra Design and Print.
